Shipping Policy

Each Maison Lumiere order is made to order, prepared once you place it and dispatched with care. A few days more, in exchange for a product that reaches you fresh.

How Your Order Is Prepared

We do not hold shelves of ageing stock. When your order is confirmed, your pieces are produced on demand at our certified fulfilment partners in the European Union and the United States, then packaged under the Maison Lumiere name. Preparation typically takes up to 2 working days before your parcel is handed to the carrier.

Delivery Times

Delivery time is the preparation time above plus transit. Estimated windows once your order is placed:

European Union: approximately 6 to 13 working days with standard shipping. Express delivery, where available at checkout, arrives considerably faster.
United Kingdom, Norway & Switzerland: approximately 6 to 9 working days with standard shipping.
United States: approximately 4 to 7 working days.
Rest of the world: delivery times vary by destination and are confirmed at checkout.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs and peak seasons can extend them.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated by parcel weight and shown transparently at checkout before you pay. You will always see the exact cost before confirming your order.

Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your door.

Customs & Duties

Orders within the European Union carry no additional customs charges. For destinations outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply on arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient, as set by the destination country.
