Orders & Acceptance
An order placed through this site is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, for example where a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, in which case any amount paid is refunded in full.
Made-to-Order Products
Our products are prepared on demand after your order is placed. Delivery timeframes are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Prices & Payment
Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout by weight. We may update prices at any time, but changes never affect orders already confirmed.
Our Products
Maison Lumiere products are cosmetics, intended for external use on the skin. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Please read each product's directions and ingredient list, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have a known sensitivity, consult a professional before use.
Returns
Your rights to withdraw and return are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, including the hygiene exception that applies to opened cosmetics.
Intellectual Property
The Maison Lumiere name, logo, texts, photographs and the design of this site are our property and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any product or order is limited to the price paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you hold under mandatory consumer law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which Maison Lumiere is established. This does not deprive you of the protection granted to you by the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your own country of residence.
